2. Services Description

Jetifo provides professional interior design services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial interior design consultations
• Space planning and layout optimization
• Color scheme and material selection
• Custom furniture design and sourcing
• 3D visualization and rendering services
• Project management and implementation oversight

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with appropriate notice to existing clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Jetifo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
• Ensure timely payment according to agreed-upon terms
• Provide access to the property or space as needed for measurements and consultations
• Obtain all necessary permissions and permits for implementation
• Communicate any concerns or changes in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We typically require:

• An initial deposit upon project commencement (typically 30-50% of total project fee)
• Milestone payments as outlined in the project proposal
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services until payment is received. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Jetifo remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project outlined in the agreement.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for purposes beyond the original project scope without written permission. Jetifo retains the right to use project images and information for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Changes

Our service agreements typically include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope after commencement may require a revised proposal and adjusted timeline.

We reserve the right to charge for additional work resulting from changes in client requirements, site conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including client feedback delays, third-party vendor schedules, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. Jetifo will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jetifo provides design services and recommendations based on professional expertise. However, we are not liable for:

• Issues arising from contractor or vendor performance
• Structural or building code compliance (unless specifically contracted)
• Product defects or manufacturer warranties
• Consequential damages or losses beyond the value of services provided

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with written notice. Cancellation terms include:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Materials ordered or reserved on behalf of the client may need to be purchased

Jetifo reserves the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if client conduct is deemed unreasonable or abusive.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding your project details, personal information, and property access. We will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law.

11. Third-Party Products and Services

When we recommend or source products and services from third-party vendors, we do so in good faith based on our professional judgment. However, Jetifo does not guarantee or warrant third-party products or services and is not responsible for their quality, performance, or delivery unless specifically agreed in writing.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Modifications to Terms

Jetifo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Existing project agreements will generally remain under the terms in effect when the agreement was signed.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
